Pharmadox Healthcare Ltd is an EUcGMP licensed importation, secondary packaging, batch tests and batch release service provider to the Global Pharmaceutical Industry. Having one of the largest and most established setups in the EU, the company is seeking to expand its operations further and extensively. To substantiate company growth, a vacancy for a QA officer (QMS) has arisen:
Reporting to the QA Manager (Quality Management Systems), the QA Officer (QMS) will be responsible in maintaining the company’s Quality Management System through the upkeep and control of quality documentation.
The main responsibilities include:
- Providing document control and change control systems and maintaining the appropriate records.
- Responsible for maintaining the company Quality Management system through the upkeep and control of quality documentation.
- Assist in the management of deviations, investigations, CAPA, complaints, KPIs, PQR’s, Product Master files and reviewing of analytical data.
- Review of secondary packaging batch document records.
- Responsible for the organisation, management and general upkeep of all technical, service, and confidential agreements within the company as well as ensuring the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of pharmaceutical and medical products together with their origin and destination in order to control the safety and efficacy of products.
- Approval of equipment qualification reports, audit trails and analytical method transfers.
- Assist in the management of QP declarations.
- Management of site approval, product list and approved suppliers list
- Preparation of job descriptions related to Quality Assurance personnel.
- Management of GMP training and personnel training files.
- Ensure that any non-conformance with the product, procedure or cGMP is reported immediately to the QA Manager (Quality Management systems) or QP.
- Ensure that a high standard of GMP, housekeeping and hygiene is maintained in our premises.
- To ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that a high standard of GMP, housekeeping and hygiene is maintained in Pharmadox Premises.
- Any other ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate should possess:
- B.Pharm or B.Sc Degree in any Science subject (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) and (min) 2 years of work experience in a QA department.
- Fluent and complete grasp of the English language.
- Ability to communicate effectively and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work within a team but also independently.
- Working experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
