Pharmadox Healthcare Ltd is an EUcGMP licensed Importation, Secondary Packaging, Batch testing and Batch Release service provider to the Global Pharmaceutical Industry. Having one of the largest and most established facilities in the EU, catering for non-sterile, sterile and inhaler (MDIs/DPIs) pharmaceutical products, the company is seeking to expand its operations further and extensively. To substantiate company growth, a vacancy for a Stores Coordinator has arisen.
Role Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Stores Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock control, compliance with GMP requirements, and effective coordination of goods receipt and dispatch. The selected candidate will supervise store activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and support store personnel in daily operations
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance
- Promote adherence to health, safety, and company policies
- Receiving and Dispatching
- Supervise the receipt and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate planned loadings and unloadings with relevant supervisors
- Ensure stock is prepared accurately and on time for dispatch
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation,
- Container Loading and Unloading
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of containers using a counterbalance forklift
- Ensure goods are handled, stored, and transported safely
- Inventory and Stock Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control procedures
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are stored appropriately
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Support periodic stock counts and audits
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records
- GMP Sampling
- Perform sampling of received batches in compliance with GMP requirements
- Schedule sampling activities according to operational priorities
- Ensure all sampling documentation is completed accurately
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and stock management
- Assist in implementing operational improvements and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Valid forklift licence
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Previous experience in a warehouse or store environment
- Experience within a GMP-regulated environment will be considered an asset
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
